1. Right to information
In accordance with Article 11 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide the following information.
1.1. Company responsible for processing
Soluciones Técnicas en Decoración, S.L., with tax identification number B65770554 and registered office at Parc Empresarial de Cervelló, Calle Xarel·lo, Nave 9, 08758 Cervelló, Barcelona, Spain, is responsible for processing your personal information. It operates www.crossbcn.com under the trading name CrossBCN. References to “the Company” in this policy mean this same legal entity.
The Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal information and your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. You may exercise your rights by writing to the address above or emailing info@crossbcn.com. Specify the right you wish to exercise and provide your name and a contact address for the reply. Additional proof of identity will be requested only where necessary to verify your identity. You may also contact us on +34 936 60 50 05.
1.2. Purpose of processing and legal basis
1.2.1. General purpose
Information you provide through available website forms, send to our email address, or supply during your relationship with the Company is included in the Company's records for managing that relationship.
We use this information to provide the services you request and, where permitted by law or with your consent, to send information about our activities by email or post.
The legal basis is the contractual relationship, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or your consent, as appropriate to the purpose. A request for information does not itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
The contact form on this website is currently disabled and sends no data. You can contact us directly by email or telephone.
1.2.2. Processing of images
When the Company documents public events that it organises, photographs and videos may be used to publicise them on its website, other public information channels, social-media profiles operated by the Company, its own publications or the press.
Where individuals can be identified, this processing is based on their consent or, where applicable, the circumstances provided for in Article 8 of Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 on protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one's own image.
1.3. Categories of recipients
To fulfil these purposes, access to your data may be given to personnel duly authorised by the Company and to the providers needed to fulfil its obligations. Such access is subject to the applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
1.4. International transfers
Third-party services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. This website currently requests fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver those fonts, Google receives the connection's IP address and technical request information. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about its processing and international data-transfer arrangements.
This website does not embed social-media services. If you follow a link to an external service, including Google Maps, that service's own privacy and cookie policies apply to your subsequent use.
1.5. Retention period
Where processing is based on consent, the Company retains the information for the stated purpose until that consent is withdrawn. Information needed to manage a request or contractual relationship is retained for that purpose and, where required, for the applicable statutory retention periods or periods for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
1.6. Your rights
You have the right, where applicable, to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, request portability, not be subject to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and withdraw consent.
To exercise these rights, write to the Company's address stated above or email info@crossbcn.com with “DATA PROTECTION” in the subject line. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
1.7. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the supervisory authority responsible for overseeing the application of data-protection rules in Spain. Its postal address is Calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
1.8. Your obligations
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information whenever personal data is collected, and notify us of relevant changes. Where forms are available, mandatory fields are identified according to the request being made. Failure to provide information necessary for a request may prevent us from providing the requested service or arranging participation in an activity.
2. User consent
Users must ensure that the personal information they provide is accurate and complete and inform the Company of changes. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may prevent a request from being handled correctly and may give rise to responsibility under applicable law.
Where consent is the legal basis, it must be given through a clear affirmative action after the relevant information has been provided. Any consent requested through a form will be specific to its stated purpose. Sending an email allows the Company to address your request on the applicable legal basis; it is not a blanket acceptance of additional purposes.
Personal information is held in the Company's administrative records, with technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to protect its integrity and security.
3. Security
The Company maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or theft of the personal information provided to it. Processing is subject to Organic Law 3/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
4. IP addresses and links to other websites
To help you find relevant resources, this website may include links to other websites. This policy applies to www.crossbcn.com. The Company does not control the privacy practices of external websites, and their own policies should be consulted when following a link.
The font connections described in section 1.4 communicate technical information, including the connection's IP address. For information about cookies and similar storage, please read our Cookie Policy.
